Regonance operates a software-as-a-service platform that helps ecommerce sellers, brands and agencies assess and document readiness against European Union product regulations including GPSR, the Digital Product Passport (DPP) framework, EmpCo (Directive (EU) 2024/825 on empowering consumers for the green transition), PPWR (Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on packaging and packaging waste) and EPR obligations. The website also publishes educational content and supplies commercial information about the service.
3. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These services are provided from Luxembourg and are governed by Luxembourg law, including in particular the Law of 14 August 2000 on electronic commerce, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Law of 1 August 2018 on data protection. Any dispute relating to the website or the services shall be submitted to the competent courts of Luxembourg City, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection forums available to consumers under their country of residence.
