For agencies · multi-tenant by design

The compliance platform agencies run their clients on.

Every other EU compliance tool is built for a single seller — leaving agencies cobbling together logins, spreadsheets and re-skinned PDFs per client. Regonance is multi-tenant from the first commit: one workspace, every client, all eight regulations.

Built for agencies — not retrofitted

Multi-tenant from the first commit. Four capabilities make it real.

Per-client access control

Assign team members to specific clients. Owners see the whole book; members see only the clients they're staffed on. Onboard a junior consultant on one brand without keys to your entire portfolio.

Per-client white-label

Every output — passport, dossier, onboarding portal, public QR — renders under each client's own brand, your agency brand, or standard. Set per client, applied automatically.

The operator cockpit

Three views, one mental model: the all-clients rollup for portfolio health, per-client deep work, and the action queue surfacing what's expiring or blocking across every client.

Workspace separation

Clients live inside your agency workspace, distinct from the team workspaces housing your staff. Switch into a client to scope every action; exit to see the whole book. Data never bleeds between brands.

Pillar 1 · one platform

The full eight-regulation workflow — for every client you manage.

You're not getting a stripped-down agency lite. Every client gets the complete workflow, with multi-tenancy layered on top.

Cobbled vs. one workspace

What agencies retrofit around — built natively.

A day in the cockpit

How it changes the agency operator's day.

Onboard

Spin up a client in seconds.

Set their branding, send tokenised onboarding links so they upload product data directly into their scoped workspace. The first risk assessment runs the moment data lands.

Manage the book

Every client, one rolled-up view.

Switch between clients from the sidebar. Work the action queue to clear expiring EU Responsible Person mandates, EmpCo claim flags and missing technical-file fields — across every brand, in one stream.

[ portfolio rollup + action queue ]
Deliver

White-label dossiers, no re-skinning.

Produce per-SKU passports and full audit snapshots under each client's brand — standard, agency-branded or fully client-branded, selected per client. No manual PDF rebuild between handoffs.

Deadline · EmpCo enforcement · 27 September 2026

Every client making green claims is exposed.

The Empowering Consumers Directive (Dir. (EU) 2024/825) bans generic eco-labels, unverified sustainability claims and offset-based ‘carbon neutral’ product claims. Run the free assessment across your book now and surface the language that needs rework — before enforcement begins.

Deadline · Right to Repair transposition · 31 July 2026

RTR transposes 31 July 2026.

The Right to Repair Directive (Dir. (EU) 2024/1799) requires repair information, indicative prices, spare parts availability and a 12-month warranty extension for Annex II products. Every client selling electronics, appliances or white goods into the EU needs to publish the European Repair Information Form before their national deadline.

Pillar 4 · evidence over verdicts

Defensible outputs. Not certifications.

The honest framing

Regonance produces risk assessments and readiness reports — never stamps of approval. Every flag traces to its source field; every claim links to the regulation article that governs it. When a marketplace, regulator or your client questions a position, you have the evidence to defend it. We are not a certifying authority, and we never pretend to be.

Run your client book on one compliance platform.

Eight regulations, multi-tenant from day one, per-client white-label, defensible outputs.
