EU Responsible Person

GPSR Art. 4 requires non-EU manufacturers to appoint an EU-based Responsible Person before placing products on the EU market. The RP's name and EU address must appear on or with the product.

Regonance does not act as your Responsible Person — we capture and display your RP's details on your Digital Product Passport and refer you to vetted, independent providers (e.g. Eldris, EAS European Authorised Services, EaseCert) when you need one.
