EPR registration

Extended Producer Responsibility obligations are per-country and per-stream (packaging, WEEE, batteries, textiles). Most sellers need to register with a national producer-responsibility organisation (PRO) in each member state where they place covered products on the market, and may need to appoint an Authorised Representative under PPWR Art. 40.
