Pricing questions
What counts as a 'product'?
One canonical product (one SKU), assessed across as many of the eight regulations as apply — with at most one published Digital Product Passport. You're charged by product count, not by assessment. Lightweight variants (size, colour) inherit from the parent and don't count against the cap.
Why is REACH only on Pro and Agency?
REACH/SVHC needs bill-of-materials and supplier-declaration depth that the lower tiers aren't built for. Growth includes read-only SVHC alerts so you're warned; full workflow is Pro and up.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades apply at the end of the billing cycle. Data above the new cap stays visible read-only, never deleted.
Monthly or annual?
Both. Annual billing saves two months. Prices shown default to annual; toggle above to see monthly.
Do agencies get white-label?
Yes — the Agency tier white-labels passports, dossiers and audit snapshots under each client's brand or your agency brand, set per client.
Can I get a refund?
Annual plans: yes, within 14 days, no questions asked. Monthly plans: cancel anytime, no partial refunds.
